With the TTG System™, innovation beings before you even break ground. As part of the system, high rises are designed around central concrete core instead of the traditional use of multiple internal and external support columns. This not only makes ground level construction possible but provides complete architectural freedom and maximize the usable square footage on every floor.

Once the cores have been completed, every floor is constructed at ground level then elevated to it's place using the TTG Lifting System -one floor every 2 days! Labor hours are radically diminished by constructing each floor at ground level -saving time and significantly reducing overall insurance costs.

The Hospital for Haiti was planned in the aftermath of the recent earthquake, and seismic considerations were a prime factor in the design which places the entire building on base isolators and enables it to withstand strong seismic stresses.

The TTG System used in this design combines prefabricated modular patient rooms, complete with mechanical system and finishes, with vertical risers located within concrete cores. All structural support, as well as elevators and stairs are placed within these concrete cores.

The prefabricated exterior walls are integrated and installed with the room modules. Wall and windows assemblies are designed to achieve the highest international standards for energy conservation.
